A proud Texan with roots dating back to the 1830s, Martin brings both heritage and heart to her role. The first time she used a non-real estate addendum in a contract was for a horse. At closing, her sellers handed her a gold-painted horseshoe and told her she was now officially a “horse trader.”

Before joining Coldwell Banker, Martin helped her brokerage achieve two record-breaking years through strategic recruiting and coaching, and now, she’s empowered by Coldwell Banker’s unmatched tools, resources and luxury division.
